My name is Dawn Mathisen and I live in Sunny Southwest Florida with my son who is the light of my life!

As a single mom time with my son was a priority for me and a big WHY for my pursuit of a home based business. I am now realizing a dream, having fun in businesses that include my son, making money and having the flexibility to stay home with him and still pay my bills.

I am a self employed Candle Business Owner with a great gourmet candle company! In my eyes our company combines the very best that two huge industries - Direct Sales and Network Marketing - have to offer.

I have been with my company since April 2005 and it's been lifechanging. I've gone from overworked single mom to WAHM (Work At Home Mom). It's been an awesome journey and what's better is you can do this too!

I have expanded into other business areas too and it's been an exciting venture. I love being a WAHM - Mom First and still make a living as a Business Woman. I feel very blessed!

I like to share my experiences, stories, helps, hints, pointers and more to help others who are looking to do what I am presently doing. I know there are lots of parents out there who would love to fire the daycare and find a way to have income from home and that flexibility.
